It might be helpful to contact customer service. Had the same problem and reset the treadmill to factory settings. Look here, maybe that helps too

NordicTrack Commercial 1750 Stopped Working
Owned for about 2 years. Have had no issues with this unit till last night. Completed workout, then attempted cooldown phase, when belt just stopped moving. Tried increasing speed, no affect. Tried restarting unit, no affect. Incline/decline works fine. Bad motor? Bad circuit card? Thanks!
